Partial tuition scholarship for an applicant from Grand Ridge that is a new student beginning college or an older student returning to college, scholarship funds may be used for either academic programs or for Workforce Development programs, must maintain 3.0 gpa at Chipola, applicants must have a financial need, be socially responsible and demonstrate good citizenship.
