AMERICAN LEGION SMITH-KELLY POST 100 SCHOLARSHIP

Partial tuition and/or books scholarship to an outstanding student that is a veteran or a member of a veteran connected family. Thereafter in descending order; spouse of a veteran, child of a veteran, niece or nephew of a veteran, or grandchild of a veteran. First preference should be given to a student who is an immediate family member of a current American Legion Post 100 member, secondly to a resident of the area served by Post 100, thirdly to a resident from other areas of Jackson County. Applicant must have high school grade point average of 2.5 and have a financial need. Recipient must maintain 2.5 gpa at Chipola.
